Your numbers are the business. We treat them that way.

• Walled off by dealership

  Every record belongs to one dealership, and every request is checked against it. No dealer can see another's data.

• Permissions you control

  Roles are yours to edit. You decide whether technicians see costs and financials on work orders, and which roles see deal cost and margin.

• Money that can't be quietly changed

  Posted accounting entries are never edited. Mistakes are corrected by a reversing entry, so the trail is always there.

• A history of who did what

  Work orders keep an activity log, and every change to a role's permissions is recorded with who made it.
